Trace Hartridge

I am grateful to call St. Simons and the Golden Isles my home for fifty plus years. My parents still live in my father’s childhood home on St. Simons Island which is the oldest and longest standing home on the island. Up until college, I worked for my parents company - Hartridge Rentals - assisting in all aspects of the commercial property rental industry throughout Glynn County and serving thousands of local residents.

After earning my MBA in Finance, I started my real estate investment career buying and renting out homes and condos throughout the coastal areas of Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. As I look forward to my next fifty years, I want to harness my passion for real estate and serve my clients well with the practical knowledge and experience that I have gained throughout my lifetime.
